The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the centre of the new downtown and within walking distance of several main tourist sites. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. The service provided by the friendly and professional staff is exceptional, making you feel welcome and well taken care of. The breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel offers facilities such as a spa and pool, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Some guests have mentioned that the mini bar pricing was high, which may deter some from using it.

Helpful staff, excellent room dining menu with great food, OK location. Aksam restaurant downstairs has superb food. Large hall with cafe, shopping boutiques, and clean rooms. Lack of towels in one room. Spacious and cozy interior with controlled temperature. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quick and professional service. Amazing facilities for children. Best option for business travelers in town. Spectacular lobby, excellent breakfast, bathroom kit, and free IP telephone in every room.

The hotel staff are excellent, addressing any issues promptly. The breakfast is amazing and worth getting with the room reservation. The pool, sauna, and steam room are very good. The location is great for walking anywhere.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury! From the exclusive amenities to the professional service, everything here is top, notch. the Spa & wellness centre was truly outstanding , the indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, and steam room were the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. I couldn't resist the massage and beauty treatments , they were just what I needed. the hotel also provides live entertainment which was a delightful experience.
The only minor issue I encountered was that the temperature in my room was not as cool as I would have liked, despite adjusting the thermostat. I opened up the window to regulate the temperature, and it worked perfectly.

I had an really good stay at Rixos. The dinner at the Italian restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options including some special dishes. The open lounge with singing birds created a relaxing ambiance. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Astana's attractions on foot. The surprise of the SPA cost being included in the room price was a nice touch. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I highly recommend this hotel.
